What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp, e-mail or in person, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, e-mail address, trade or profession, preferred destination, and any documents you choose to share for a visa or employment file.

Why we hold it

Who sees it

Your information is shared only with the employer you are applying to, the relevant embassy or consulate, and the government bodies involved in your process. We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to marketing lists. We do not pass it to other agents.

Documents

Original documents you hand over stay in your file at our Lahore office and are returned to you on request. Scans are kept only for as long as your application is active plus the retention period required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to info@skyheights.pk and we will respond within seven working days.

This website

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run trackers. The map is loaded from Google Maps and the fonts from Google Fonts; those services see your IP address as part of serving the request, under their own privacy terms.

These terms cover your use of this website and any enquiry you send through it. Your actual engagement with Sky Heights Travels — for recruitment, a visa file or manpower supply — is governed by the separate written agreement and fee schedule you sign at our office. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

What this website is

The content here describes our services and the countries and sectors we work in. Vacancies, timelines, salaries and requirements change constantly and are set by employers and embassies, not by us. Nothing on this page is an offer of employment or a guarantee of a visa.

Fees

What we ask of you

The documents and information you give us must be true and your own. Any application built on a false certificate, a borrowed experience letter or an incorrect declaration will be refused, and we will end the engagement. This protects the other candidates in the same batch.

Decisions we don't make

Visa approvals, work permits, employer selections and processing times rest with embassies, governments and hiring companies. We prepare your file to the required standard and press it forward. We cannot promise an outcome, and any agent who does is not telling you the truth.

Liability

We are responsible for the services we agree to perform. We are not liable for delays, refusals or decisions made by third parties, or for losses caused by information you gave us that turned out to be incorrect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in the courts at Lahore.
